At Profine, all furniture items are custom-made according to the specific requirements and approvals provided by our clients. As each product is manufactured exclusively for the customer, all orders are considered final.

Return Policy

• All products are made-to-order and customized according to client specifications.
• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.
• Clients are requested to carefully review all measurements, finishes, designs, and specifications before approving their order.

Refund Policy

• Advance payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances approved by management.
• Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable production, material, and administrative costs.
