Profine is committed to delivering high-quality furniture within the agreed timelines.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time is approximately 30 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.
- Delivery schedules may vary depending on project size, customization requirements, and material availability.
Site Readiness
- The client must ensure that the installation site is fully prepared and accessible before the delivery date.
- Any delays, additional labor, storage charges, or damages resulting from site incompletion will be the responsibility of the client and may incur additional charges.
Installation & Unloading
- Unloading, handling, and fitting of furniture at the client site will be carried out by the Profine Team.
- Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the installation area.
Delivery Delays
- Profine shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events.
