Terms of Service

By placing an order with Profine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue.
  • Prices and specifications are subject to revision after the validity period.

Payment Terms

  • 70% advance payment is required upon approval of the quotation and purchase order.
  • The remaining 30% balance must be paid before delivery.
  • Production and order processing begin only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Advance payment constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Manufacturing & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 30 working days.
  • Delivery schedules are subject to project requirements and operational conditions.
  • Site readiness is mandatory before furniture delivery and installation.

Warranty

  • A 12-month service warranty is provided against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper maintenance, or mishandling.
  • Any defects or complaints must be reported immediately upon discovery.

Custom Orders

  • All furniture is manufactured according to the client’s specifications and requirements.
  • Customized products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Limitation of Liability

  • Profine shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
  • Additional costs arising from site inaccessibility, incomplete construction work, or client-related delays shall be borne by the client.

Installation

  • Unloading and fitting of furniture at the client site will be handled by the Profine Team.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring safe access and a ready installation environment.

By confirming an order and making the advance payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
